Six stages of Altior’s scouting process
The board follows these stages. Each row shows how Cleared supports that part of the work.
-
1Submitted
“Players get added to our database.”
Your website form fills the board
The Cleared form sits behind “Submit your profile” on altiorfutbolagency.com. Each player arrives with their club, positions and film links. Under-18s must add a parent’s email, and under-13s are asked to have a parent get in touch.
-
2Call
“Setting up a call or a Zoom to understand what their goals are.”
One form after each call
Save your notes and the next step. Two ticks send the player a link for their materials and ask the parent for consent, so the request comes from someone the family has just spoken to.
-
3Materials
“We’ll ask for a CV, film, a game schedule…”
One link for CV, film and games
From their phone, the player uploads a CV, adds film from YouTube, Hudl, Veo or Drive, and lists upcoming games. A parent is copied for under-18s, and the link stays open for 60 days so they can add games.
-
4Live scout
“…for the potential to do a live scout.”
Every game, by day and by state
The scouting page lists every upcoming game across New England, so two games in Massachusetts on one Saturday become one trip. Assign a scout, open the venue in Maps, and get each game in your phone’s calendar.
-
5InvestingPassed
“We’ll use those to determine fit and if we can help them.”
Rate, then decide together
Each of you rates film or a live game on technical, tactical, physical and mental, and recommends Invest, Live scout, Watch or Pass. The player page shows the averages. Passing closes their materials link and gives you a kind note to send.
-
6Links
“Our connections to clubs/agents.”
A private link for each club or agent
It works only while the family’s consent holds. You see when it’s opened and when the film is played, and the family sees every club that has the profile.
Click through all six with a sample player. Ten clicks, no login.
What families, clubs and your agents see
Many of your players are under 18, so the people around them need to know where a profile goes.
Families
- They see exactly what clubs will see before they agree, and they can say no.
- They get an email each time the profile is shared.
- Their page lists every club with the profile and whether it was opened.
- One button withdraws consent and switches off every link.
Clubs and agents
- One profile with positions, clubs, passports, film and your scouting notes.
- No phone numbers, email addresses or full date of birth.
- For under-18s, the month a move abroad becomes possible under FIFA’s Article 19.
- A button to request a trial or more information, which comes straight to you.
Your licensed agents
- The date an agent may approach each minor: six months before the age for a first pro contract, set per country.
- A printable consent record with the exact wording each parent agreed to.
- On a player’s 18th birthday, sharing waits for the player’s own consent.
- Every club each profile went to, and when.
The FIFA dates are a guide for you and your licensed agents. They aren’t legal advice.
Switching it on for Altior
Altior gets its own copy of Cleared, with its own database, at altior.clearedme.co. No other agency’s players sit alongside yours.
What we configure for Altior
- altior.clearedme.co, with ALTIOR’s name and logo on every page families and clubs see.
- The form behind “Submit your profile” on your website.
- Logins for Giuliano, Bryant and Jordan.
- Emails to families and clubs from your own address, once your domain is verified.
Set up the next group of players with our team, then adjust the workflow based on your feedback.
